William Parker

William Parker, 46, who worked for the Pacific Northwest Telephone Company, and his wife Jean Parker, 56, a nurse, were in their GMC pickup north of Hanaford Lake, where they had driven Sunday morning to see the volcano. William died of head injuries from an 11-inch-round boulder that crashed through the roof of the pickup; Jean died of ash asphyxiation.
